ReEntry Works: Jonathan

Jonathan was raised “in the streets” and incarcerated on and off since he was 16. He was sporadically employed and lived in halfway houses much of the time. Jonathan completed the Bridgeport Professionals Association program and one week later, working with his Case Manager, he secured full-time employment. Jonathan keeps in touch and tells us of his progress. His employer is very pleased with his work and continues to give him more responsibility.

“I’ve been working 7 months now and I’m super-joyful. I thank you very much for your concern and effort to helping me find a job. The job is very good, my boss is very happy with my work and I really enjoy delivering and installing mailboxes. I can only hope that you have more ‘hungry’ men like myself come to ReEntry Works who really want to change their lives for the better.”
