Leroy Sanchez was enrolled into Employment Services Group on March 3, 2011.
This client was charged with Arson in the third degree and incarcerated for 2 years. While incarcerated Leroy found religion and was determined to become a good role model for his wife and child.
Leroy reported to group early every day. As a reward for his punctuality he was given a watch!
Unfortunately, he turned down first job offer at V.I.P. Car Wash because they wanted him to work on his holy day.
Though both Leroy and the AIC staff were disappointed we continued to coach him. Leroy persevered and the following week he gained employment. He was hired by Baistro Restaurant in Shelton as a Dishwasher. Most importantly for Leroy, Baistro Restaurant honors his religious beliefs.
