18-year-old Gina Colon is in the Career Resources Emergency Medical Services program. Her goals are to become a register nurse and a paramedic.
In a few months, Gina received her books, passed her CPR training, created her resume and cover letter and was part of a class trip to Hartford for a victim and first medical responder’s reenactment. Soon after, she obtained her MRT and EMT Certification.
Through the Workplace‘s Dress for Success program, Gina received a suit for her first interview.
