Entry Point Staffing

Entry Point Staffing is the first-of-its-kind staffing agency created to specifically address systemic inequity in accessing the job market. In Fairfield County, nearly 600 justice-involved citizens are released from prison each year, and the many challenges they face lead to high recidivism rates. Their common denominator is lack of access to economic viability. Parolees have traditionally lacked the employment opportunities  and life supports needed to reintegrate into society.

A staffing program of Career Resources, Entry Point Staffing associates are provided full wrap-around supporting services including case management, coaching, housing and counseling. All associates are assessed at intake and receive the necessary training through the nationally recognized STRIVE program. What this means for you is a dedicated and ready employee who can learn and do the job.
