Website Junior Achievement of Greater Fairfield County

Scope: Contract position, 10-15 hours per week

Location: Preference to a resident of Connecticut, but the position will be mainly remote

Pay: $20-30 per hour, depending on experience


To conduct prospect research and assist with writing, editing, and submitting grant applications and reports. The goal is to increase foundation and corporate grant support for JAGFC’s mission.


Grant research: conduct research to find qualified new grant prospects
Grant awards: increase funding from existing and new prospects


Detail-oriented: attention to all details
Love of research: data-driven; self-motivated to discover new funding opportunities
Analytical skills: ability to synthesize and analyze information
Great communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with various audiences
Deadline-oriented: submit grants and reports in a timely manner
