Asst. Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the food preparation (knowledge of knife skills, commercial kitchen equipment, food temperatures, storage guidelines, and safety regulations) with proof of a valid certification in food safety. P/T (25 hrs.)- Mon. to Fri., 9 AM – 2PM. Send work history and copy of valid Food Safety Certification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
