CRI’s Youth Career Academy provides young adults with job readiness training, places them into supported employment situations, and provides a path for them to transition to full-time employment.
HARTFORD YOUTH OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYMENT
Work Ready, a division of Career Resources, Inc. offers employment opportunities and career pathways in construction, at no cost, to eligible young adults living in Hartford, Manchester, New Britain, and East Hartford.
Young adults must be between the ages of 18-24 and interested in construction career opportunities.
YOUTH CAREER ADVANCEMENT (Funded by The Workplace, Inc.)
Youth Career Advancement is a no-cost, 6-week professional development program operated in coordination with community partners. This program focuses on enhancing career-and college-readiness among young people, ages 16-24, in the Greater Bridgeport area.

YOUTH HOMELESSNESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
Youth Homeless Demonstration Program is designed to ensure youth homelessness is prevented wherever possible, and that unaccompanied youth who do experience housing insecurity are on a quick path to safe, stable, and permanent housing.
Career Resources, Inc. provides case management services to assist these youth in finding employment and/or occupational skills training.
Referrals are made by the Rapid Rehousing case managers.
