After graduating from STRIVE, we will match your talents and career interests with top-ranking employers and support your path to success.

The holistic and evidence-informed approach includes career readiness and job-skills training, career coaching, job placement assistance and lifetime support, which extends to the following offerings:

• Occupational Certification offerings 
• Career Readiness – Interview, Resume Building, Mock Interviews and more
• Job Placement Assistance – One-on-one coaching sessions with a designated employment specialist, Job Club Workshops, Employer Networking events, and other career opportunities
