STRIVE Future Leaders (SFL), our young adult program model was designed as a multi-component program for youth and young adults, ages. The program focuses on workforce training, career exploration, educational enrichment, and work experience, delivered by staff trained in delivering program services and cultivating an environment of positive youth development. The program model is enhanced through case management, mentoring, community service projects, and financial capability education.
