The Youth Homeless Demonstration Program is designed to ensure youth homelessness is prevented wherever possible, and that unaccompanied youth who do experience housing insecurity are on a quick path to safe, stable, and permanent housing. Career Resources provides case management services to assist these youth in finding employment and/or occupational skills training. Referrals are made by the Rapid Rehousing case managers.
