Described as bright, intellectual, passionate, and dedicated by her KeyTrain instructor, Shannon Shepherd experienced some twists and turns in her life, but is currently participating in the Liberation’s Families in Recovery program.
Shannon set a goal to become a Medical Assistant and took full advantage of WorkKeys and KeyTrain to increase her employ-ability.
She exceeded the median goals in KeyTrain by scoring a level seven out of seven in Reading for Information, level five out of seven in Applied Math and a level six out of six in Locating Information.
Shannon was awarded a Silver National Career Readiness Certificate. Going forward Shannon wants to start college.
