Dr. William Clark has worked with Career Resources, Inc for the last four years.

“I have been in the workforce development and economic development field for quite a while. These experiences led me to CRI and the work I’m doing now. The most fulfilling part of my job is creating new programs that meet the needs of our employer partners and job seekers statewide. I received my Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Leadership Development and BS in Information Techology from Penn State University. My favorite hobby on my time off is to ride two wheels.“

Maggie Koziol

Maggie Koziol joined the Career Resources Work Ready department in November 2020 as Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives. In collaboration with the Director of Workforce Development she manages a variety of strategic department initiatives focused on enhancing workforce development programs and services. She also works to secure funding for CRI’s workforce development training and employment services for Connecticut residents with high barriers, including youth and justice involved citizens.

Maggie’s non-profit career began as Director of Responsible Gaming where she developed and delivered FL state mandated problem gambling awareness training for pari-mutuel casino employees and executives. Her extensive knowledge in curriculum development, regulatory compliance, fiscal oversight, and human resource and benefits administration includes 20 years managing law firm operations.

Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in communications and information management from Bay Path University.
